Join me at Pacha Collective in Vancouver for an evening of sound and percussion under the New Moon in Libra. Patrick Hildreth will join me on percussion as we move through more than an hour of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and rhythm. Together we’ll work with the energy of the moon, set an intention for the cycle ahead, and give ourselves space to slow down, listen inward, and receive.
What to expect.
We’ll begin together in sacred circle, taking a little time to arrive and set an intention for the lunar cycle ahead. The New Moon in Libra invites us to notice where we may be longing for greater balance, harmony, and connection, without needing to have the answers figured out.
From there, you’ll be invited to settle in for more than an hour of vibrational sound healing woven together with Patrick’s live percussion. Rhythm, resonance, and silence will move through the evening, creating space to rest, receive, and notice what is present.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and anything else that helps your body feel comfortable and supported.
