Four times a year, as the earth turns through her great solar doorways, we gather to honor the shifts in season and within ourselves. This cacao, sound, and fire ceremony follows the autumn equinox, held beneath the Harvest Moon in Aries at GlassWing Medicine in Onalaska, WA.
What to expect.
During this gathering we work with the transitional energy of the Fall Equinox under the fiery full moon in Aries, a cosmic alignment to celebrate the harvest and explore what our burning desire is. This is a ceremony to slow down, listen inward, and honor what is moving through you as we cross this threshold together.
A sound bath of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice is an invitation to rest, receive, and notice what is present without needing to change it or make sense of it. Afterward we gather at the fire with ceremonial cacao, a gentle heart-opening practice that invites the body to settle and the mind to soften as we integrate what has been stirred and released.
Futons, bolsters, and light blankets are provided. Please bring a pillow or additional blanket for comfort, a journal if you like to write, and anything made of natural fibers you would like to offer to the fire.
