A 120-minute full moon ceremony of sound and fire at GlassWing Medicine in Onalaska, WA, an invitation to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and release what no longer serves.
What to expect.
Each month, as the moon reaches her fullness, we gather to slow down, listen inward, and make space for what is ready to be witnessed. The full moon offers a natural threshold, a moment to notice what has been stirring beneath the surface and what may be asking to shift, soften, or be released.
We begin with an immersive sound journey of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice. You are invited to rest, receive, and notice what is present without needing to change, explain, or make sense of it. From there, we move together to the fire. Working with the energy and symbolism of the current full moon, you will have the opportunity to release what has run its course, whether that is an old story, a burden you are ready to set down, or a way of being that no longer feels like yours to carry.
There is nothing to force and no particular experience you are meant to have. Futons, bolsters, and light blankets are provided. Please bring a pillow or an additional blanket for your comfort.
