Join a 120-minute immersive journey to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and release what no longer serves.
There is a rhythm to our lives that often goes unnoticed in the noise of the modern world. But each full moon, we create space to acknowledge our cycles of growth and letting go.
Each month, as the moon reaches her peak fullness, the energy around us intensifies. You may feel it in your body before you realize it in your mind: a restless nervous system, emotions moving closer to the surface, or a quiet internal “humming” that signals it is time for a shift.
So each month we gather under the full moon to offer our bodies a soft landing.
The Experience: Sound & Fire
This is not just an event; it is a two-hour somatic ceremony designed to move you out of the “looping thoughts” of the mind and back into the wisdom of the heart.
An Immersive Sound Bath
We begin in the sanctuary of sound. As a Certified Neurosomatic Intelligence Practitioner and Vibrational Sound Therapist, I curate a field of frequency using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and ethereal voice.
This isn’t just about listening; it’s about vibrational resonance. The sound works directly with your nervous system, inviting your brain waves to slow and your fascia to soften. It is a “sonic exhale” that allows you to process transitions, grief, or stress at a pace that feels safe for your body.
A Fire Ceremony
Once we are settled and resonant, we move to the fire. Fire is the great transformer. Working with the specific astrological medicine of the current moon, we engage in a traditional release ritual.
You will have the opportunity to externalize what has run its course—an old story, a heavy burden, or a way of being that no longer fits the person you are becoming. We offer these to the flames, clearing space for the “newness” that awaits in the coming cycle.
Why Ceremony Matters Now
We are all being stretched and shapeshifted by the speed of life. Evolution can be messy, and our nervous systems often feel “pushed to the edge.”
Ceremony offers us a container. It allows us to stop, take a breath, and tune into that still, small voice that is always guiding us. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or simply need a moment of authentic abundance, this space is held for you.
