Outdoor Full Moon Sound Bath, Release Ceremony + Community

A donation-based gathering on the land at GlassWing Medicine

At GlassWing Medicine, I hold community sound baths on or around the full moon as a way to gather, release, rest, and reconnect.

These outdoor gatherings are simple, spacious, and rooted in care. We come together on the land in Onalaska with crystal singing bowls, gong, voice, and the living sounds of the natural world around us.

Each gathering includes an immersive sound bath, a gentle releasing ceremony, and time for community. Some moons may feel tender. Some offer clarity. Some may bring emotion closer to the surface.
However you arrive, you are welcome.

This is a place to rest your body, soften your mind, and remember that healing does not always need to be complicated.

The Experience

This is not a performance. It is not a class. It is a community offering held outside on the land.

We will gather in a small circle, settle into the body, and let the sound begin to do what sound does. It moves through the places words do not always reach. It helps the nervous system soften. It gives the mind somewhere gentle to rest.

During the sound bath, you will be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while I guide the space with crystal singing bowls, gong, voice, chimes, and other instruments.

Full Moon Release

The full moon has long been a time of illumination, completion, and release.
In these gatherings, we work with the energy of the full moon in a grounded and accessible way. We listen for what has been rising to the surface. We notice what feels complete. We make space to soften the grip around what no longer needs to be carried in the same way.

After the sound bath, we will move into a simple releasing ceremony. You can use this time to name an old pattern, a burden, a season of grief, a way of bracing, or a story that no longer feels true in your body. You will not be asked to share anything you do not want to share.

Time for Community

After the releasing ceremony, there will be time to sit, breathe, and be in community.

So many of us are hungry for spaces that feel real. So many of us are longing for connection in spaces that feel real and not rushed, so we can sink into belonging. My goal is to create that space in these gatherings so you feel seen and heard. You are welcome to stay for a little while after the sound bath, connect with others, or leave when you feel complete.

Why Community Sound Bath Matters

We are living in a time when many people are carrying more than they know how to name.

A sound bath gives the body a place to exhale. Gathering in community reminds us that we are not meant to carry everything alone. Being outside on the land brings us back into relationship with something older and steadier than the pace of modern life.

These gatherings are offered on a donation-based sliding scale because I believe rest, nervous system care, and sacred space should be more accessible.

If you are able to give at the higher end of the scale, your contribution helps support this offering and makes space for someone else who may not be able to pay as much right now.

A Soul Note Before You Come
The full moon does not always ask us to become more.
Sometimes, she asks us to set something down.
To stop gripping the old shape.
To let the body tell the truth.
To remember that release can be quiet and still be real.

As we gather, with sound moving through the body and the moon holding her place in the sky, you are invited to listen inward.

What are you ready to lay down so you can return to yourself with more tenderness, truth, and space?

Do I need experience with sound baths or ceremony?

No. You do not need any experience with sound healing, meditation, or ceremony. This gathering is designed to be accessible and welcoming. You can simply come as you are, get comfortable, and receive the sound.

Yes. This is a donation-based community offering with a suggested sliding scale of $15 to $35. You are invited to give what feels honest and accessible for you. If you are able to give at the higher end of the scale, your contribution helps support the gathering and makes space for someone else who may not be able to pay as much right now.

Yes. Cash is welcome at the event. Please still register in advance so I know who is coming and can prepare the space well. If you are paying by card, please leave your desired amount in the tip line at checkout.

No. No one will be turned away for inability to pay. This offering is meant to be accessible while still honoring the time, preparation, and care that go into holding the space.

Please bring whatever will help your body feel comfortable outside. A mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, layers, or reclining chair are all welcome. You may also want water and a journal. The ground may be uneven, so bring what you need for support.

The ritual is held in person at GlassWing Medicine in Onalaska, WA, about an hour from Olympia. The full address is shared after you book.
