A Weekly Meditation Group to Recalibrate Your Nervous System
I’ve been thinking a lot about the “inner home”—the place where our nervous system actually lives. Right now, for many of us, that home feels under siege. Between the weight of current events and the rising tide of fascism on display in America today, our bodies are holding a level of intensity that is hard to name.
If you are feeling tender to the world right now, I’d love to sit with you during this weekly meditation group.
This is a sacred container held specifically for those who stand in opposition to the fascist events unfolding around us. This space is a dedicated refuge for the weary and the fierce. It’s a place where your values are understood, and your safety is prioritized.
A Note on the Space:
We will not be doing any active “processing” of the news or traumatic events. Instead, we are giving our nervous systems a much-needed break to recalibrate, rest, and replenish. This is about preserving our life force so we don’t burn out in the face of harm.

Pranayama & Breathwork: To reclaim our rhythm when the world feels chaotic.
Vibration & Sound: Using Sanskrit Japa and Chakra toning to settle the system from the inside out.
Metta Bhavana: Cultivating loving-kindness as a radical shield against hate.
