Before words. Before performance. Before you learned to quiet your magic.
Primal Voice Awakening is a sacred, two-day ceremonial container where spiritual depth, somatic grounding, and nervous system science converge. Not to teach you technique, but to help you remember and reclaim the voice that was always meant to be yours.
Your voice carries the wisdom of your nervous system and the medicine of your ancestors. This is ceremony, not a class. It’s trauma recovery and empowerment work grounded in lived experience. Angela Jackson, a trauma survivor, singer, neurosomatic intelligence coach, sound therapist, and shamanic journeyer, holds this circle for those who feel called to reconnect with their voice as a tool for healing, spiritual awakening, and reclaimed power.
Three seats remain for July 11 & 12, 2026, in Onalaska, Washington. If you feel the call to reclaim the power of your voice, register today.
Held at GlassWing Medicine in Onalaska, Washington, space is intentionally limited to protect the sacred awakening and allow the spirit to emerge, be seen, heard, and unfold into whatever comes through for you.
Without breath, there can be no voice, which is why this work is breath-led at its core. We begin by listening to the breath before shaping it, honoring that the voice is carried on the breath. How we breathe shapes how we speak, pray, and express. To honor the voice is to first honor the breath that it rests upon.
Safety is essential to all practices of spiritual and emotional evolution. This circle is held with integrity, grounded in trauma-informed practices, and rooted in choice. As a Neurosomatic Intelligence Coach, Angela brings deep understanding of how trauma lives in the body and affects your capacity to express. You will have the freedom to move at your own pace and within the capacity of your nervous system.
All neurotypes are welcome here, and this work is guided with care, consent, and respect for each person’s unique way of processing, sensing, and expressing.
Primal Voice is a journey of returning to your voice as a living, breathing expression of who you are.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the container intimate, grounded, and deeply held.
Primal Voice is held in the spirit of ceremony rather than a traditional workshop. The space is intentional and small so there is room to be both witnessed and supported. We open and close with ritual, allowing the container itself to become a space of awakening and healing.
This work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens in relationship. You’re not here to learn steps or perform. You’re here to be met, gently, as your voice begins to return in its own way.
Many voice practices lean either into the spiritual or the somatic. Primal Voice Awakening weaves both together. We work with energy, intuition and ancestral connection, while staying grounded in themes and tools that support nervous system safety with choice, and consent.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is bypassed. Your body isn’t something to fix it’s something to listen to deeply in returning to what is authentic and meaningful for you. And from that place, your voice can find its way home.
Angela brings a rare depth of lived and practiced experience to this work. As a trauma survivor, she understands how the voice becomes quiet, guarded, or shaped by survival and what it takes to gently reclaim it.
Her foundation in singing showed her that the voice is more than expression but a pathway to grounding, healing, and visioning. Through her training in neurosomatic intelligence, she works with how trauma lives in the body and how it impacts your ability to speak, express needs, and stay connected to your truth.
Layered with sound therapy and shamanic journeying, her work opens a space for deeper listening where your intuitive voice, inner knowing, and ancestral threads can begin to emerge.
It’s this integration that allows people to feel truly seen, supported, and safely held as they find their way back to their voice.
On Primal Voice Awakening day one, we create a safe, grounded container for your voice to begin waking. We start where healing always starts: with your nervous system. You’ll learn to recognize safety in your own body before we invite sound to move through it.
Through somatic practices and breath work, you’ll begin to release from your body what keeps you constricted and our voice dis-empowered. We’ll work with tones and intuitive sound, inviting your voice to remember what it knows before language shaped it. You’ll have the freedom to participate in what feels right whether it’s with sound, in silence, or somewhere in between.
A guided journey with drums and bowls will give you space to notice what moves inside you. Sensations, memories, knowing. None of it needs to be named or fixed. It just needs to be felt and witnessed.
By the end of Primal Voice Awakening day one, you’ll have touched something true about your voice and what it’s been carrying. You’ll leave with practices you can return to anytime your nervous system needs grounding.
What You’ll Gain on Day One:
Primal Voice Awakening day two is where the work deepens. You’ve built a foundation. Now we explore what becomes possible when your nervous system feels safe enough to open further.
This day weaves together practices that support emotional release, spiritual deepening, and relational healing. You’ll discover how sound can move what’s been stuck. You’ll access inner knowing through guided work. And you’ll experience what it feels like to be truly witnessed, and to witness others, in sacred space.
There’s ceremony woven throughout with rituals that mark the sacred container we hold together. There’s also choice. You’re always in charge of how much you share, how much you receive, how much you let yourself feel.
By the end of day two, something will have shifted. Not because we fixed anything, but because you gave your voice permission to find its way home. You’ll understand your voice differently. You’ll carry practices and memory of being held. And you’ll know you’re not alone in this work.
What You’ll Gain on Day Two:
You don’t need to be a singer or a spiritual seeker to attend. You simply need to feel the call. Primal Voice may be a beautiful fit if you:
→ Feel like your voice has been silenced, shut down, or shamed, and you’re ready to reclaim it.
→ Sense a “language” inside you (tones, syllables, sounds) that you don’t fully understand yet, and you want to explore it safely.
→ Feel called to work with intuitive, ancestral, or spiritual expression in a grounded, trauma-informed space.
→ Want to deepen your relationship with intuition, spirit guides, and your inner knowing
→ Want to deepen your relationship with your own intuition, inner knowing, and spiritual connection through voice and sound.
→ Are curious about shamanic journey work and how your voice can be a bridge between worlds
→ Are seeking somatic tools for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied healing.
→ Are curious about spiritual depth and guided journey work, and how your voice can be a bridge between your inner world and the unseen.
→ Want to learn to speak boundaries, needs, and truth with clarity and power.
→Are ready to experience your voice as medicine, for yourself and for the world.
Note: This is ceremony, not a class. You’re invited to come as you are, at your own pace, with your nervous system’s full permission.
Space is intentionally limited to protect the sacred awakening and allow the spirit to emerge, be seen, heard, and unfold into whatever comes through for you.
For Returning Participants:
If you’ve already walked through Primal Voice I and feel called to revisit the foundation while continuing into Primal Voice II, a reduced rate is available. Please reach out directly for details.
A: Primal Voice refers to the voice that exists before language, performance, or self-censorship. The voice rooted in your body’s wisdom and your soul’s knowing. It’s the voice that cries, hums, chants, and prays without needing to sound pretty or make sense. In this workshop, we work with somatic and spiritual practices to help you access and reclaim that voice as a tool for healing, empowerment, and spiritual connection. This is not about singing technique or vocal training. It’s about remembering your voice as medicine.
A: No. You do not need any singing or musical background. This is not a singing class or vocal training. Primal Voice is for anyone who feels called to explore their voice as a healing tool, regardless of whether you can carry a tune. We welcome all experience levels, all voice types, and all bodies. If you can breathe, you can participate.
A: Yes, absolutely. Angela is a certified Neurosomatic Intelligence Coach with lived experience as a trauma survivor. Safety is essential to every practice here. We work with choice and consent at every step. You can participate in any practice at your own pace and within your nervous system’s full capacity. You can modify, pause, or sit out any practice and still be fully part of the circle. If you have specific trauma history or triggers, please reach out before registering so Angela can support you.
A: Day I is foundation work. Grounding, breath, and gentle voice opening. Day II builds on that foundation to explore deeper emotional release, boundary-setting, and spiritual connection. Each day stands on its own and can be attended independently. Many people do Day I first, then return for Day II. Some people need multiple visits to Day I before moving to Day II. There’s no “should.” Choose what your nervous system is ready for.
A: You’ll leave with practical tools. How to regulate your nervous system through breath and voice in moments of stress. How to access your intuitive knowing through sound. How to speak boundaries and needs with embodied clarity. And the lived experience of your voice as medicine. You’ll also have ongoing access to practices you can return to at home. Simple breath work, toning, and journaling rituals that anchor the work you’ve done. This is not a one-time event. It’s the beginning of a relationship with your voice.
A: Angela is a trauma survivor, singer, Certified Neurosomatic Intelligence Coach, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, and shamanic journeyer. She brings lived experience as someone who has walked the path of voice reclamation herself. She has studied the nervous system’s role in trauma and healing, worked with sound as medicine, and facilitated guided journeys for years. Most importantly, she holds this work from a place of deep compassion, integrity, and the understanding that healing is not meant to be done alone. Her authority comes both from her training and from her own healing journey.
Your voice carries your story. The times you were heard. The times you were silenced. The moments you swallowed truths to stay safe. Working with your voice at a somatic and spiritual level can support nervous system regulation, help you release held emotion and patterns of self-censorship, deepen your connection to intuition and spiritual knowing, strengthen your capacity to speak boundaries and needs, and offer a pathway back to your own inner authority and medicine.
Primal Voice is not therapy, and it’s not a replacement for mental health care. It’s a sacred space where your voice can be witnessed, honored, and returned to you.
