Full Moon Meanderings + Practical Magic November Edition
Hello Everyone,
We had a beautiful Full Moon ceremony this past Saturday. My heart is always filled with gratitude to see the space fill up and hear the sound come alive for everyone. We welcomed our ancestors to join us in whatever way we needed for our journey.
It’s hard to believe that we have just one more full moon ceremony this year. But here we are, another ending into another beginning.
This Taurus Full Moon feels like a hand on the small of the back. One that’s steadying, simple, kind. Our Grandmother Moon peaks on Wednesday, November 5, at 5:19 AM PST, bright enough to grace both Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. It’s the second in a series of three Super Full Moons, and I can feel the medicine of completion humming underneath everything.
2025 is a year of endings. 9 in numerology represents closure, integration, and seeing the whole picture at last. So many of us are tying up loose ends and blessing what has run its course, willingly releasing it all. But we are not releasing out of a sense of urgency or fear, but out of our readiness to create space for the newness in 2026.
Taurus invites us to move one clear step at a time. If you set intentions in April or May of this year, ask yourself: What is in full bloom now? What has given you its lesson and is ready to be released? The Moon in Taurus meets the Sun in Scorpio, asking for honesty with tenderness and unbridled truth.
This Full Moon carries with it a sense of authentic abundance. Not forced positivity, but real gratitude for what is truly supporting you right now. Let that be the opening. If you can name one thing that feels good and true, you are already in the energy of this lunar cycle.
There is also a quiet clarity in the sky. The energy of Lilith is still with us from our Full Black Moon in Aries. It’s hovering in the background, inviting us to speak what’s true, resist what diminishes the soul, and meet the hidden places within. If you feel yourself on the edge of a decision, you might ask: What would my highest self do here, kindly, clearly, without performance? Then take the next step to move you more directly into evolutionary alignment.
We are all being stretched and shapeshifted into a higher version of ourselves. Evolution can be messy and uncomfortable. We might feel like we are being pushed to our edge. Our nervous systems may be unsettled, or we might experience confusion about all the possibilities as we try to hone in on what feels right for us. That’s ok. We can always stop, take a breath, and tune in to that still, small voice that’s always guiding us on our journey.
Here’s a simple ritual to soothe your nervous system if the energy of the Full Moon is intense for you.
Light a candle, sit in a comfortable position, or in a chair. Be sure your feet or body are connected to the Earth. Take a long exhale, followed by an inhale for 4, then another exhale for 6–8. Do this 8-10 times. Let your eyes softly gaze at your candle. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly and whisper, “I choose steadiness. I choose what truly supports me and my highest good for the betterment of the Earth and all people.”
A few journal prompts to choose from.
• Which spring intention is blooming and what wants pruning?
• What would deepen my sense of safety and resourcing this month?
• What does honest gratitude sound like in my life today?
• If 2026 is a doorway, what am I clearing now so I can walk through cleanly?
If you choose to build a small altar, keep it simple: salted water for the King Tides, a candle for steady light, a living sprig for breath, and one symbol of self-worth, like a ring, a stone, or a handwritten note to yourself. Offer one breath of thanks before you light the flame.
I’ll be holding space for you under this Moon. May you feel the ground rise to meet your feet, and the clarity to make one loving decision at a time.
With gratitude,

There are a few opportunities to experience community and sound in a safe and supportive space. If you have questions about these offerings, please feel free to reach out. I’d love to hear from you.
New Moon Gong Bath at The Hive — Saturday, November 15, 2025 (Centralia, WA) Set your intentions in the soft dark of the New Moon as the gong’s long, textured waves invite your nervous system to unwind and reset. We’ll begin with grounding breath and a simple centering practice, then move into a spacious sound journey designed to clear mental noise and attune you to what wants to begin.
Full Moon in Gemini Sound Ceremony — Saturday, December 6, 2025 Our final Full Moon gathering of the year arrives under the third Supermoon—this one in Gemini—a bright, mercurial current perfect for insight, clearing, and connection. We’ll surrender to the energies that arise and let the sound lead. You’ll lounge on comfy floor futons in our warmly insulated space. Please bring a small pillow for your head, a journal, water, and a heart ready to receive and relax. Ninety spacious minutes to soften, listen, and let what’s true come forward.
Winter Solstice Special Event — Sunday, December 21, 2025 On the longest night, we gather for a tender rite of return with cacao for the heart, reflective journaling, a deep sound journey, and a simple fire-release to lay down what’s complete and welcome the light’s slow return. We will release all that is needed to move into the next year with cathartic screaming in the stillness of this longest night. Expect warm community, nourishing pace, and clear intentions for the season ahead. Space is limited for this once-a-year ceremony.
Primal Voice — 1-Day Workshop — Saturday, January 24, 2026 A full-day immersion to free your natural voice from the armor of stress and old stories. Through somatic grounding, breath, toning, rhythm, and gentle movement, we’ll open the root, soften the solar plexus, and unpin the throat so your sound can rise clear and true. Expect practical tools you can use daily, a compassionate space for expression, and a steady rhythm that keeps the body feeling safe.
Spring Plant Medicine Retreat — Interest List This spring, we’ll gather for a slow, ceremonial weekend to listen deeply, tend the heart, and receive the teachings of plant allies with reverence and care. The container will include preparation, guided ceremony, integration circles, nourishing meals, and time on the land—crafted for tenderness, clarity, and respect for each participant’s process. If you feel called to this space, please email your interest to: angela@glasswingmedicine.com
I have a favor to ask.
I’m not so great at asking for things, but I need to now. If you had an impactful experience in a 1:1 session or a group event, I’d be so grateful if you could leave a Google Review. For every five people who leave a review, I’ll choose one person to participate in a group sound bath of your choice, with no expiration. You can leave your review using the link below.
