The Journey

Invocation: We begin by grounding into the energy of the day to honor the roots we grew in the dark and the blossoms we carry into the light.

Cacao Ceremony: We will share ceremonial cacao to soften the protective layers of the heart to open to what is blossoming inside each of us.

Immersive Sound: A full hour of intentional sound healing to clear the lingering static of the retrograde and settle your nervous system into the frequency of Spring.

This is a small, sacred container, limited to 8 participants, to ensure we are all seen, heard, and validated in what we are bringing into the next season.
